The information assets covered by this policy are the information obtained through our corporate activities and all the information held by our Company (hereinafter referred to as "the Information Assets").
1. Appointment of a "General Information Manager"
In order to protect and properly manage the Information Assets, the Company will appoint a "General Information Manager" as the person in charge of the overall management of information security.
2. Maintenance of In-house Rules and Regulations
The Company will establish and thoroughly disseminate in-house rules and regulations regarding information security. We will appropriately protect and manage the Information Assets within the company.
3. Conducting Internal Audits
The Company regularly conducts information security audits regarding the status of our compliance with the laws and internal rules and regulations covering information security.
4. Appropriate Information Security Measures
The Company will implement information security measures to prevent incidents such as unauthorized access to information assets or leakage thereof.
5. Implementation of Employee Education and Training Programs.
The Company will regularly provide education and training on information security to all officers and employees.
6. Management and Supervision of Outside Contractors
When the Company outsources any of its business, we will examine the qualifications of the outside contractor and require that they maintain a level of security equal to or higher than our own. We will also conduct regular audits of all outside contractors to ensure that their security levels are properly maintained.
